Select River Systems and/or Watersheds

Listed in alphabetical order, the river systems and watersheds below flow to the Columbia River, Pacific Ocean, or Missouri River.

Many responsibility areas for the missions we serve are determined by a river system or watershed covering multiple states. Select the river system of interest to you.

The Columbia River and its tributaries include Rogue, Snake, and Willamette Rivers (Willamette North = Big Cliff, Detroit, Foster, Green Peter, Blue River, & Cougar Dams) (Willamette South = Fern Ridge, Cottage Grove, Dorena, Fall Creek, Dexter, Lookout Point, & Hills Creek Dams). Libby Dam is on the Kootenay River, and Albeni Falls is on the Pend Oreille River.

The Pacific Northwest Coast includes Coast-N (WA) and Coast-S (OR). Puget Sound includes Howard Hanson & Mud Mountain Dams.

The Missouri River and its tributaries include Chariton, James, Kansas, Osage, Platte (NE), Platte River-N (WY), Platte River-S (CO), Republican, and Smoky Hill & Saline Rivers.

Missouri River Tributary Dams include Bowman Haley, North Dakota; Cottonwod and Cold Brook, South Dakota; and Smithville, Blue Springs, and Longview, Missouri.
