Anyone can register for a free Defense Visual Information Distribution Services (DVIDS) account. U.S. Government personnel who wish to submit Public Affairs, Visual Information, or Combat Camera content to DVIDS must select the category of “Military Public Affairs/Combat Camera” and utilize their official government email for registration.
