Garrison Project clearing debris
Crews tow branches and debris from the rock embankment near the spillway at the Garrison Dam in North Dakota. Removing the debris will avoid project damages and keep it from making its way downstream. Next month, flows will be transferred to the spillway to allow regulating tunnels to be inspected and to test repairs to the spillway following the flooding in 2011.
