Authorizes dredge or fill activities performed in waters of the United States by and within the boundaries of the Mile High Flood District (MHFD) that are conducted to restore, improve, and maintain channel stability and resiliency, improve stream and wetland function and habitat, improve public safety, and/or protect existing infrastructure.
