Mr. Donny D. Davidson, Jr., serves as the Northwestern Division’s interim Director of Regional Business where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise to the Division and its five operating districts. He oversees the technical advice and direction on all regional engineering and construction issues; regional finance and accounting, budget, manpower and management support; regional governance and strategic planning; and design and construction activities on Army, Air Force and Space Force installations, as well as some Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal agency projects. In addition, as a member of the Northwestern Division Regional Command Council and Chair of the Regional Management, Regional Program Budget Advisory Committee, and Regional Acquisition Strategy boards, Mr. Davidson helps execute the corporate objectives and regionalization initiatives for a workforce of nearly 5,800 employees with a combined annual program of approximately $3.5 billion. Program activities are implemented by district offices in Kansas City, Missouri; Omaha, Nebraska; Portland, Oregon; Seattle, and Walla Walla, Washington.

Mr. Davidson possesses over two decades of extensive experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, demonstrating a comprehensive background in engineering, construction, and project management. Prior to joining Northwestern Division, he served as the Memphis District’s deputy district engineer for project management.  His career includes leadership roles in both Civil Works and Military Programs, and includes assignments in South Korea, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Iraq.

Mr. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Memphis. He is a licensed professional engineer in Tennessee. He holds a Level III Facilities Engineering Certification as well as Level II Contracting Certification.
