System storage is 64.7 MAF; 8.6 MAF of the 16.3 MAF of flood control storage is occupied. About 47% of the flood control storage remains available to store runoff this spring and summer. The plains snow has melted. Mountain snowpack has peaked and is melting. Inflows to Fort Peck and Garrison are expected to increase over the next several weeks (lower right graphic).
