Astoria CRSO public scoping meeting rescheduled for early January

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation, and Bonneville Power Administration, referred to as the Action Agencies, intend to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) on the Columbia River System operations and configurations for 14 federal projects in the interior Columbia Basin.

Date, Time and Place: January 9, 2017 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Loft at the Red Building 20 Basin St. Astoria, Oregon

Background: The Astoria meeting is the last of 18 public scoping meetings held across the Pacific Northwest as part of the CRSO environmental review. This includes 16 public meetings and two webinars for those who were unable to attend in person.
