Last Updated: 1400, 5-DEC-2006In the event of an emergency that impacts the Portland, OR metro area, this page will be updated to provide direction and guidance to employees of NWD-HQ.

EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTABILITY:

Within 48 hours of an event that renders NWD-HQ at BB4 (1125 NW Couch, Portland Oregon)  inoperable (COOP activation), employees must report (via email or phone) as follows to complete personnel accountability requirements.

Contact your Immediate Supervisor

If reporting via email, receipt must be acknowledged to fulfill reporting requirement. Supervisors will provide NWD-EOC with reports on employee reporting every 12-hours.  If supervisor is unreachable/non-responsive, contact NWD - Emergency Mgmt.
